Our approach

A well constructed research approach is important to gain a deep, rich understanding of an audience.  That’s why whatever your business objective we will work with you to design a method to achieve the depth of understanding you need.

But we believe this is only one small part of the whole research cycle. 

Regardless of the number of groups, depths or other sessions someone conducts, there’s no replacement for high level thinking at the analysis stage.  We believe the analysis stage begins when the brief arrives in our inbox and finishes, at least momentarily, when we collaborate with clients on delivering our recommendations to the business. 

There are few qualitative methods we haven’t used over the years and we often use a combination of some of the following:
Group scenarios; individual scenarios; accompanied scenarios; workshops; reconvened / multi stage spotlight sessions.
